Order Processing & Shipping Time

All orders are processed and shipped within 10 business days from the date of purchase. Once your order is ready to dispatch, our team will get in touch to share delivery details and tracking information.

Delivery Communication

You will receive a call from our team a day before delivery with a 3-hour delivery window. While we aim to adhere to the schedule, minor delays may occur due to weather or unforeseen factors. We appreciate your understanding.

Preparing for Delivery

To help us ensure a smooth delivery:

  • Please clear the pathway to the room where the furniture will be placed.

  • Remove any wall hangings or obstacles that could obstruct the process.

  • Make sure your doorways, stairwells, and hallways can accommodate the size of your new furniture.

Floor Care

We kindly request that you place rugs, cloth, or protective coverings over delicate flooring (wood, tile, carpet, etc.) to prevent scratches or marks. While our team is careful, Furniture Wallet is not responsible for any floor or interior damage during delivery.

Product Inspection & Support

We’ll inspect all delivered items with you to ensure everything arrives in excellent condition. In the unlikely event of damage or a manufacturer defect, please notify us immediately and we’ll make it right.
